Greek Gods in the 1920’s

So this doesn’t really have a plot yet but I just thought of it and really want to see how this sounds. It’ll revolve around Hades and Persephone, but in the 1920’s.

ZEUS — runs a gang with his brothers, Poseidon and Hades, is well-known in Chicago as a ladies man who screws any girl who smiles at him even though he’s married to Hera, also a bootlegger who got rich selling beer and other alcohol, & loves thunderstorms

POSEIDON — in the gang with his brothers, Zeus and Hades, likes to keep his business on the down low but also likes to have people know he can kill them with one hand, can hold his liquor well, doesn’t like to sleep around unless he thinks she’s the one, & loves swimming.

HADES — in the gang with his brothers, Zeus and Poseidon, runs an underground business where he sells weapons to other gangs, likes to keep his business his own unless others need to know, finds it easy to spy on people because he can sit in a shadow and go by unnoticed, doesn’t sleep around at all, sees women as pests when they throw themselves at him, & really likes walking by the flower shop when Persephone is working.

PERSEPHONE — works in a flower shop her mother owns, is part of a fight club run by Ares, loves fighting and planting flowers, plenty of men try to get her on dates but she always declines, she notices Hades walking by almost every day when he thinks she doesn’t, smokes a pack a day and doesn’t give a damn about it, & has a lot of tattoos no one really knows about.

ARES — runs an underground fight club, cousins with the three brothers, gets into at least one fight a day, has gotten arrested for fights, almost killed a man one time, sells guns with Hades at times, loves flirting with Persephone when she comes to the fight club, & is good at playing darts.

ARTEMIS — owns a popular bar in Chicago the brothers go to for their meetings, is a good fighter, close friends with Persephone and introduced her to the fight club, & plays darts with Ares all the time just to piss him off when she beats him.

Those are the main characters of the story. Of course there is going to be others but these are the main guys and I’m excited to write.
